Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have a two part question. I have been married three times and divorced twice. When I divorced my second husband I went back to my first husband's last name. Then when I married my now third husband I forget and used my second husband's name instead of my firsts. Am I legally married to my third husband? Also my third husband may not have been divorced when we married. Would this make our marriage illegal? Thank you.

You need to find an attorney who can untangle all of this. You have several problems not the least of which is you can't legally marry someone who is already married to someone else.
