Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Going through a divorce. Neither party is contesting, do we have an option of something shorter vs having to fill out all the discovery information etc? We were married 13 years, I filed because of infidelity.

Who propounded discovery?
If your lawyers propounded discovery, tell them to knock it off.
You and the spouse can start drafting an agreed divorce decree right now, and after you've gone back and forth with it, and it's perfect, everybody signs off on it, and you have a final hearing that lasts five minutes.

Attorney & Mediator
Sounds like you have attorneys.
Have you considered going to mediation? If you reach agreement at mediation, it is binding on both parties and the case is over.
Good luck!
