Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
After a divorce, the other party moved out before it was final, but does not change the adress and has still mail coming to the property which got awarded to the party who lives in and pays for mortgage. The reason is, that the other party has no permanent adress.........
Could that have any consequences in the future for the party who lives in the house?

You ought to write on the face of the mail "No longer at this address" and give the mail back to the post office.
