Can a person get a lawyer to reopen a divorce case seven months after the case was finalized?

Orders related to children (child support, visitation times, etc.) can be changed after divorce if the circumstances change. Generally speaking, property orders are final 30 days after the decree of divorce is signed. There are some limited circumstances that allow the court to reopen a divorce case concerning property issues.
