If there are no children or property, my office offers a Do It Yourself Divorce kit for $100. You come into the office and we fill out the forms together.

In Harris County, there is a filing fee of approx. $150.

We also prepare the paper that the spouse needs to sign.

If there are kids and/or property, you would need to retain our services. Our deposit is $990(this includes the filing fee and the fee to serve him with the lawsuit paperwork) then weekly payment plan thereafter.

If I've totally confused you, please give me a call. Sometimes a quick phone call is easier than email.

Good luck!
