Divorce in process

My wife left when 6 mos. after we got married because she couldnt be away from her family and wanted to stay with them for a week. She never came back. Now were getting divorced and shes accusing me of adultery.

I don;t know if you been with somebody else since your wife left, but I wonder how much difference it makes for the divorce. First, of all she has to prove that you committed adultery. Does she have witnesses or pictures? Even if she does prove it, that only only for a possibility of a greater share of community property to her. Is there a lot of community property? -oil wells, rare paintings, stocks and bonds, lottery winnings? If so, you better contact a lawyer and protect yourself.
