divorce property division

in a divorce trial where a property list was not ready (some terms agreed upon verbally at trial)and a continuance was issued until submitted are any agreements binding until actual filing of said list?

Agreements made of record are valid, binding Rule 11 agreements in Texas. Continuation of the trial, once begun, makes no difference, the record is an entirety. Further, Rule 11 agreements prior to trial continue in force, according to their terms, until the end of the case.
