Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce Property

I live in Texas I was divorced in Illinois and all of my belongings are in North Carolina with ex-spouse, in storage. Divorce Decree stated I had to pick up belongings in 90 days from divorce date, but ex changed all contact information and since I didn't itemize all belongings he said everything will not be there. What can I do?
