Re: divorce question

If you know how to do it or can figure how to do it, then you don't need an attorney. The attorney has probably only done it a few hundred times and won't miss this one.

Re: divorce question

If you live in the Houston area, I offer a discount program if you qualify with minor children.

I will do the paperwork and tell you what to do but I don't go to court with you.

You can check out the Greensheet and there are lots of lawyers that offer do it yourself programs.

Don't waste your money on internet forms - I've never seen one that works! Also, beware of forms in stores -- if you read the fine print it says "state forms are NOT included"!

You can also go to any law library and try to figure it out yourself.

Mine are not the cheapest - but mine are correct & I walk you through the process. You deal with me and not a secretary.

My cost with 2 kids would be under $900 if you qualify.

If your case is complicated, then I could represent one of you and do it for a deposit down of $800 then a monthly payment plan.

Call for a free consultation.
