my question is:

i recently filed for divorce from my spouse for 7 years. after filing for divorce i began another relationship with another woman. my divorce has not been finalized yet. i wanted to know if i can move in with this new partner, and share a home and or apartment , without being married?

I don't know what is at stake here. If children are involved or if valuable property is in the balance, you are giving the other side ammunition to use against you. I realize this is the new millenium, but your ex-spouse will not appreciate your new relationship and will likely do everything possible to use it against you in any way possible. Why not wait until it's over and push hard for it to be concluded ASAP.
