Divorce
I need to divorce as quickly as possible. I am a student and have one child 2 and a half yrs. old and have NO property at all. I have been separated since May 3, 2006 and do not work. Can I divorce by myself? or do I need to pay an attorney to handle my case? Please help me!!!!

You can divorce by yourself if you know how. The courts will not tolerate a self-help party if they are not prepared. If you want to spend the time and effort to learn how to do your divorce, go for it.
