Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce

I recently discovered that my wife is bi-polar of which she is keeping this a secret and that she informed me that she was unable to have kids and is now after 2 months of our wedding she is pregnant. Now she wants a divorce and the money. I feel this is an entrapment.

What course of action can I take to protect myself and what information should I provide the lawyer in this situation?

Go find a good family law attorney, immediately. He or she will tell you what information they need and help you start to protect yourself.

Also, it might be wise to move out if you haven't already. If this woman is really as you describe, the next thing she may do is claim you hurt her.
