Due to a divorce my x got some of the properties that both of us were making payments on. How can I get my name of those properties that I don't have any right to any more? I do not make payments to the mortgage company.

Read your decree again to see if any provisions were made for this situation. If not, then you cannot force him to refinance the property and you cannot force the lienholder to release you. There might be enough wiggle room in the decree to allow for a Motion for Clarification and Enforcement. Otherwise you have to wait it out.
