Divorce then remairage

How long do you have to wait to be married from day of divorce? After remairage, is it possible for my new husband to adopt my son without my ex-husbands approval?

You may not remarry for thirty days unless waived by the court. A father must have his parental rights terminated for another man to adopt, and obtaining a termination of parental rights over his objection is a very difficult thing to do.
