Divorce Rights

I am currently married and have been married for the past nine years. I have become aware of the fact that my husband has been having an affair, and I have proof of the affair. Although I am considering a divorce, I first wanted to know what I am entitled to as his wife. My husband owns a small business which he created before we were married and a house which is solely in his name. He also makes over $100,000 each year. How much of this am I entitled to, and approximately how much would it cost me in legal fees.
