i am seeking a divorce using legal zoom, we have no problem with shared assests or children but my husband will not sign the divorce papers, can i get a divorce without his signature?

Yes you can.

The problem with legal zoom is that they sold you a package of papers. They did not sell you any legal expertise or knowledge of procedure. This is the part where you have to go hire a lawyer.
