Im getting a divorce and want to know if I can sell our household property and leave half to my husband without him knowing. Also can he take me off of the lease without my consent if I am still living there?

Your husband must be notified that you are divorcing him.

He is entitled to his 1/2 of the property. It's his choice what he does with his stuff.

Talk to your landlord about the lease.

You really did not give enough information to answer either question fully.
