Divorce but never separated after.

When two people are divorced but never separate from each other then continue to live together another five years, then want out,what are my rights as far as getting finacial help in leaving?

I don't think you will get any "financial help" in leaving. You may have a claim to community property if you can establish that you were common law married. If this is important to you, I urge you to seek the assistance of an attorney in your area.
