Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I've been seperated from my spouce since 2/5/2000. I left the home and have not filed for any legal seperation or divorce. We have both gotten other partners living with us. My husband lives in our mobile home that we paid off prior to the seperation. What do I need to do to file and get my share of the joint property at this late date?
