Divorce after being seperated for 12 years

How can I go about a divorce if me and my spouse have been seperated for 12 years and he is now incarcerated? Thanks

File a Petition for Divorce, and have him served. If he chooses to agree, then he can sign a waiver of service. If he contests the action, then you will proceed through litigation. If he agrees, then he will sign and you will submit an Agreed Final Decree of Divorce to the judge after the expiration of 60 days.

If you live in Ft. Bend or Harris County and have the funds to hire an attorney call me.

It's not hard if done properly.

I offer a Do It Yourself Kit for under $200 if your spouse agrees to sign the Waiver of Service. I have a special waiver for Texas prisoners to sign. It will only work if you've not had ANY children in the past 12 years.
