Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce

After being served divorce papers and it stating important notice you are being sued and may get an attorney. etc. What does that mean if my spouse is not fighting for anything it is suspossed to just be a simple divorce?

Sometimes divorces that start out simple get complicated.
