Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can a divorce be set asside? After much discussion we both realize tht neither of us actually wanted this divorce but was more of less coerced into it by a family member. We are both senior citizens (soon to be 80 and 85) and wish to spend the rest of our lives together. Is another marriage necessary or can this divorce be in some way cancelled?

Is it within 30 days of the divorce? If so, get a lawyer to petition the court to set it aside. The cost should be reasonable. If not, then you will have to remarry. Not such a bad option -- it could send a message to the meddling family member. Good luck.
