I was sevred papers in June of 2006. The first court date was in July. My wife and I decided to work it out neither of us went to court my wife called her attorney and said we are going to try to work it out. My wife called her attorney in August and said go on with divorce. My wife recieved my notice of the court date and never told me about it. I then recieved temporary orders from her attoney 1 month after court date. It is Feb 2007 I have supervised visits of my kids because she ask for it when I didn't go to court. We are still married currently but I cant see my kids and she will not answer any phone calls. What do I do?

Time to get a lawyer to modify the temporary orders.
