Divorce without signature, yes or no?

In the state of Texas, can a person be granted a divorce if one of the parties refuses to sign a divorce decree?

In Texas, you cannot be forced to be married to someone that you do not want to be married to.

The only signature required on the Final Decree of Divorce is the Judge's signature.
