i have a sixteen year old daughter who got pregnet by a 35 year old man and married him now she wants to leave him but he keeps threating her with taking the baby because she is so young but he is the sick guy who got her pregnet so what can we do

She can file for divorce and leave him. The court will decide what is in the best interest of the child.
