my son's divorce just became final this month. In the divorce says he has to go pick up the items awarded him in the divorce on a date agreed by both parties. My question is what about any damages to furniture that I purchased (but have not finished paying for yet) for my grand-daughters room which the ex-wife and her family moved from the 2nd sty bedroom to the garage. How do we go about making her pay for any damages to my sons furniture items?

Unless it's in the order, you can't make her pay for the damages. I suppose you could go back to court and ask the judge to change the order to include the damages. Try that. Good Luck.
