Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Im trying to get a divorce but do not know my spouce location. I know that he was deported to Honduras about 7 years ago. I have no clue if he is still there. We have 2 children involved. He can not have custody anyways, because he is known as a sexual molester in the state of Texas. What do I do so that I can divorce him? Do I really need to have his consent if his location is unknown? People just tell me to make an advertisement in the newspaper, do I have to do that?

Go talk to a lawyer. You can serve your husband by publication. You won't be able to get a child support order until you locate him and can serve him personally.
