Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce

My spouse, a well known Physician and legal expert in the area, has gone to great lengths to keep me from filing for divorce. What is the best way to file if I have no money, no home, no car, no friends, and 4 attorneys have turned me down after they found out who my spouse was? The 2 year deadline is 7 months away and I fear I shall be on the street for the rest of my life...

I do not know what deadline you are referring to, or how you could end up on the streets for the rest of your life. I also don't know how you could expect to do this on your own. You can email me directly with more information, and I might be able to give you some guidance.

You will have to have an attorney; so go outside of your region. Maybe Ms. Langford can assist you with that. Or contact us if you are closer to Austin or Waco.
