Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In my divorce it states the father of my children is to provide my children with health insurance and also he is to be responsible for half of all medical and dental bills. Child support is to be paid unitl 18yrs of age or graduation from high school. With the being said by youngest daughter had to have braces and dental surgery to uncover a tooth. The braces were put on prior to 18 yrs of age and also before she graduated high school. Since the treatment began prior to these things wouldn't my ex still be responsible for half of the expenenses for the dental bills?

Yes. Send the bill to Dad and ask him to pay half (or reimburse you for half of what you've already paid tha twasnt' covered by insurance). If he doesn't pay, sue him for contempt.
