he has had me be a stay at home wife for 7yrs, so i depend solely on his income.now he wants to throw me out.i have no job, no income.what are my rights and what can i do?

Start job hunting, looking for a family lawyer that will work with you on payments, and collecting information about your assets and debts -- because in a community property state -- they are at least half yours. And do it immediately.
