Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have been divorce since 97. my ex was suppose to take my name off our house. it has been about 13yrs. do i have any right to the home because my name is still on there.

Is the house awarded to him in the decree? If so, the decree can serve as a muniment of title. If you attempt to regain possession of the house, he could file suit in reliance of the decree. If you are only on the mortgage, not the title, you do not have possessory rights to the house.
