getting a divorce in Texas

My daughter wants to get a divorce. And purchase a home together with me, her father. She wants to purchase and move in now. Under the community property laws what steps need to be taken so her current husband does not have any right to this new home. Her husband is willing to work with us.

I very STRONGLY advise against purchasing real property during the pendency of a divorce. If she insists, then it should be handled by the attorney handling her divorce, to confirm that husband cannot stake a claim.
