Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Divorce in Texas
Can you get a final divorce in Texas, when the temporary orders have been fulfilled but one party is back wanting more? I am wanting to buy a home and the lender will not appove the loan without a final divorce decree.

I am not sure what you mean. The lender is protecting himself and you. If you purchase that home before the divorce is final, it becomes community property. You are married until you are divorced.
If you do not have a lawyer to represent your interests, you should get one, so that you can get your divorce.
