Is there a way to get a divorce in Texas if I cannot find my spouce for the last 7 years.

Yes, there is--and you'd be surprised how many people end up in just this situation. It takes a little longer and is somewhat more expensive because of what has to be done procedurally, but the good side of things is that if he just wandered off like that, even if the attorney the court will have to appoint for him actually manages to find him, it's not too likely he'll care or want to cause trouble. If there aren't any kids or any significant property at stake, the divorce itself probably won't be difficult at all.
