Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce in Texas

Do we have to hire attorneys or is there a mediator who can help with our divorce if we have come to agreement to disolve our marriage?

Re: Divorce in Texas

You can always have an attorney assist you with drafting the documents in an agreed divorce. It is always better if the two parties can agree on how to divide their property instead of having a third party decide how you will divide your property. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).

Re: Divorce in Texas

If you and your spouse have reached an agreement, I can assist you in getting an inexpensive divorce. The filing fee is approximately $230.00 and I can get the rest of the paperwork accomplished rapidly and economically for you. An estimate of the fees would depend on whether you have minor children, which is not mentioned in your question. Contact me thru [email protected] and I can better answer your questions. My office is located in the Greenway Plaza complex.
