If you move back to Pennsylvania you will not be able to file for divorce there until you have established residency and then your divorce will be under the laws of Pennsylvania not Texas so I can't answer any of your questions. If you stay in Texas for the divorce: there is no alimony in Texas and you probably won't have to pay any short term spousal support; your credit is screwed, the car will probably be repossessed and you will be on the hook for the loan or deficiency; if you're still married when you purchase it, technically yes, unless there are orders to the contrary - it doesn't matter where the property is, Texas is a community property state so technically it's half hers; and who knows, in Texas it takes at least 61 days for a divorce how much longer depends on the two of you.
