Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I told my wife I wanted a divorce, she left. I t has been one month. I havent seen my daughter or heard from either one of them. Without an attourney what are my legal options?

You can file a divorce in your county. However, I suggest that you hire an attorney.

Beware of on-line legal kits sold by out-of-state companies.
