Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am going through a divorce. The first trial was on the prenup and affair he was having. He was charged with adultry in court. The prenup was upheld. He had an affair with a girl who lives in Mississippi. Can I sue her for "alienation of affection"? And what is the time frame to sue and for how much could I sure her for? I live in Texas, but their affair was in Mississippi.

I assume you have an attorney representing you. If so, talk to your attorney. Texas does not have alienation of affection anymore.

I have no idea about Mississippi laws.
