I just turned 21, at 20 a 30 yr old man (actor)pursued me aggressively. after only 6 months he asked me to marry me, ask my parents, seemed perfect. My parents used all savings etc to give me the perfect wedding, aprox 40k

6 months after wedding husband and his parents reveal he had a male lover for 6 yrs while living in n.y. He moved back to dallas to chg his lifestyle to win the respect of his 76yr old grandfather and inherit the multi million dollar real estate company. None of this was spoken until 6 months after the wedding, then a surprise because the lover relocated to dallas. I hired a divorce attorney by just picking an office close to the court house. she does not seem passionate about my case. no children. do i have a cause re fraudlent marriage. he wants to take me to trial to make me respon for half the debts he incurred during marriage. his only job was a few acting jobs and cash helping his mother in her illegal business. our other income was my parents who pd 1000. each month to us to help with rent etc, pd my college, car, car ins, health ins, my clothes and personal needs. I want the recover at least half of the wedding costs for my family as this turned out to be only a social event for the husband
