Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I got my divorce in TX. I am unemployed and have not been able to find work. In order to avoid the risk of being evicted I am considering moving to OK (where my family is). The father and I have joint custody and like to continue joint custody. He is afraid after I lived in OK for awhile that I will seek custody of the boys. My boys are 9 and 7.

I'm not sure what my rights are or how the court would judge what is in the best interest of the children. I have read through my divorce decree and there is no language about moving to another state. It only has language referring to moving within a 100 mi radius of Denton County. Please advise. If I have them every other weekend, summer break and all school breaks, how much child support would be obligated to pay?

You say that you and your ex-husband have joint custody. Who has the right to determine the children's primary residence? What are the geographic restrictions? In other words, where do the children live - with you or with the ex?
