Divorce that is uncontested that might be contested
Good Afternoon,
I am going through a seperation and my husband refuses to go through with the divorce and he stated that if I do attempt to try he will contest it and I will end up coming out of pocket more, is that true?

Contested matters are always more expensive depending on how much he wants to contest. Sounds like it might be a cheap investment to rid yourself of this person. Good Luck.
