Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce

It is uncontested. The spouse has agreed to a certain amount of spousal support. How can i have this agreement amended into the divorce decree that will make sure he does not go back on his word?

Re: Divorce

I am not sure what you mean by amending into a decree, since the other part of your question indicates that the divorce is not final. Maybe you need an attorney to resolve your support question, as once the judge signs the order, especially when it is an agreed order, you will have few recourses to change it.
