Is this divorce valid?

my husband died march 3rd, 2009 We were supposed to be divorced in 09, 2009 when i went to get a copy of the divorce pappers it was self made and my the name was not my first name on it is it valid?

This doesn't really make sense. I don't understand what you mean you were to be divorce in September. As these things go, that's a long time from now. If there is not final decree of divorce signed by the Judge, you are not divorced. Why don't you call my office and set up a consultation to discuss this further.
