i am wanting to file for divorce my husband has adopted my 3 year old daughter but i do not want child support i just want to get the divorce and be done what do i need to do

Tell your lawyer what you want just like you wrote it here. Child support isn't mandatory and you can change your mind later if you want to.

If he adopted the child, then he will be entitled to visitation with the child and all other rights as a parent.

Even if you divorce, he is still the legal father of the child.
