Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I need to divorce my wife. I am not claiming anything. I am disabled and no income. pl. let me know the easisest way to divorce. thanks.

You would file a petition; the filing fee is $286. You would ask your wife to sign a waiver of service of citation; if she refuses to do so, you'd have to get a citation issued and get her served. Then you'd have a final hearing and give the Judge a decree to sign.
