Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife is claiming that I need to support her because of chapter 8 of the TFC. She has a job and can afford an apartment to live with her 2 kids. She thinks that she can take money out of my payroll check for her to keep living in a house that she cannot afford. The house is in my name and I want the property to be sold. Can she win a case to live in the house and get money from me to pay for it?
