Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i want a divorce i let my wife have everything.we cant get along and i dont like her .i just want to get it over with so i can get on with my life.we dot get along at all.so i think for the best for both of us to go bour seperate ways.we are currently separated.also i am on a low income through the va and cant afford an attoney,

Go to the county law library and ask for a divorce petition, a waiver of service, and a divorce decree. If you don't have children, and you are ready to give up everything else, you can file your own divorce, fill out an agreed decree, and be done with it. If you think your income is too low to be able to afford the filing fee, you can file an "Affidavit of Indegency" along with your original petition for divorce. If you do that you will not have to pay any court costs, but later your assertion of indigency.
