Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my wife is going to file in two weeks we have poor credit so we agreed she would keep the truck and I would keep the house but now she has decided she is entitled to the equity in the house we owe $20,000 on the truck and $50,000 on house worth about $85,000 she wants $10,000 in a non contested divorce I don't have that kind of money I need advice

Get yourself a lawyer. She is entitled to approximately half the debts and half the assets. If you cannot reach an agreement, then the court will probably force a sale of the property. Possibly you could mediate a payout on the house.
