Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

divorce

if my wife has filed for a divorce , their are temporary orders , but i havent been served papers. Can we cancel myself and her's life insurance policies if we both agree. since we havent been if front of a judge.

somebody has been in front of a judge if "their are temporary orders". If the life insurance policies are in the orders, better be careful about taking the law into your own hands. My friend the judge just ranted and raved to a lawyer for taking liberties with his orders. Lawyers do these things very carefully. I don't like the sound of this proposal. Good Luck.
