divorce

my wife wants a divorce and i dont. can she still do it. she filed it, but i think we can work it out.

You better answer the divorce, or else she can take a default against you. Sadly for you, she can get the divorce if she insists on it. You can still suggest counseling and/or reconciliation. Make sure that in the interim, however, that your legal bases are covered.
